| Ministry of Bereavement |
| The Bereavement Ministry at I. C. Parish consists of two parts. The first is the interfacing of the pastoral associate with the bereaved family to assess their needs, plan th efuneral mass with them, set it in motion and develop notes about the individual who has died for the mass presider and the bulletin. |
| The second part involves the Bereavement Committee which hosts the funeral luncheon if it is requested and then, along with the pastoral associate, makes follow up visits if the family wishes. |
